Dear Friends:

In the event you were unable to participate in our conference call last week, we are pleased to provide the following information about the transition of the CCM to CTP.

1) Having recognized that the knowledge, roles and responsibilities required of a treasury professional have expanded significantly over the past few years, the AFP Board of Directors determined the Certified Treasury Professional (CTP) designation more accurately reflects the expanded role of today's treasury professional.

2) All AFP members and CCMs were notified of the change beginning on Wednesday, May 14 with a special e-mail advisory. Since that time we have been following-up with instructions on how to accept the CTP designation online. The member instructions were completed on Friday, May 16 ? Non members will be completed by May 20.

3) All individuals are encouraged to turn to the AFP Web site ( http://www.AFPonline.org ) for full information including a streaming video presentation by AFP Chairman of the Board, Denise Laussade, a CTP transition page and a FAQ page.
